1. William C. FULMER, born abt 1841 in South Carolina, son of John C. FULMER and Martha WAITES. He married Alvina FULMER, born abt 1840 in St. George Parish, Effingham Co., Georgia.

b. Wildern FULMER, born abt 1870 in Mississippi.

d. Robert FULMER, born abt 1878 in Arizonia.
